Once a referral has been made we usually ask for a care plan and risk assessment to be emailed over to info@oasismanor.co.uk so we can understand how we can best support you.

We carry out an assessment within 24 hours and arrange a viewing for the client to visit the home to get a feel of how we can best support them.
